2018 Bible Reading Plans

For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
— Hebrews 4:12

A new year means starting from scratch, beginning anew, even trying things you've perhaps n ever tried before. Now is always the best time to re-dedicate yourself to reading God's Word. If you're looking for a Bible reading plan for 2018, you'd be hard-pressed to find a more comprehensive and helpful list than the one found here on Ligonier's website.

For personal choices, I've (Kai) followed the Discipleship Journal plan for the past 5 years and like the ESV Daily Reading Plan as well. For those who want a slower pace, they even have an option for reading the Bible in two years!

Check them out, pick one and commit to it! Challenge your discipleship group to read with you. Follow along with your spouse or find a co-worker you can check in with. Tell us what you decide! Let the word of Christ dwell richly in you (Col. 3:16) in 2018 and see it bear fruit in your heart and your hands!
